18 February Shift 1 & 2 Paper Analysis – Job-Govt.Com

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Thursday, 18 February conducts the Tier 1 exam of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) in the Intelligence Bureau. The examination is held successfully at the designated centres in Delhi/NCR and other regions. The candidates who appear for the IB ACIO exam and share their views and responses on the 18 February held ACIO Tier 1 computer-based test are being shared. Official answer key of tier 1 ACIO Gr-II/Executive will be made available only after the examination is over at mha.gov.in.

According to the reports, the Tier 1 examination of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade-II/ Executive in Intelligence Bureau is conducted following the social-distancing and other guidelines. The Tier-1 exam consisted of 100 Objective types MCQs from the General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Numerical/Analytical Ability, English Language, and General Studies.

After the examination is over an analysis of the ACIO Tier 1 exam held on 18/02/2021 is being provided with the help of experts. The candidates share their views on the asked questions from GK, Mathematics, Reasoning, English and GS are also being provided.

MHA IB ACIO 18 Feb Shift 1 Analysis:

The candidates had to answer as many as 100 multiple-choice-based and objective-type questions on the Computer Screen. The duration of the examination is one hour.

General Awareness: As many as 25 questions were asked from Physics, Biology, Current Affairs, Science & Technology, Static GK, Indian Polity & Constitution, Economy & Finance, Geography, and Chemistry.

Quantitative Aptitude:  Questions were asked from Number system, Calculus, Time and Distance, Ratio and Proportion, Algebra, Differential Equations, Statistics, Time and Work, Fractions, Analytical Geometry, Statistics, LCM and HCF, Ratios, Percentage, Factoring, Age, Profit and Loss, Average, Simple and Compound Interest, Time and Work, Mensuration, Volume, Time and Distance, and Series Completion.

Numerical/Analytical/Logical Ability & Reasoning: Alphanumeric series, Reasoning Analogies, Artificial Language, Blood Relations, Clocks & Calendars, Cause and Effect, Data Sufficiency, Coding-Decoding, Directions, Decision Making, Odd One Out, Input-Output, Order & Ranking, Puzzles, Statement, and Conclusions, AND Statement and Assumptions.

English Language: The questions were asked from One-word substitution, improvement, verbal comprehension passage, adjectives, detecting mis-spelt words, Idioms, and phrases, passage, verbs, clauses, fill in the blanks, spot the error, synonyms/antonyms, vocabulary, sentence structure.
