CBSE Compartment Exam 2024: Admit card released on cbse.gov.in; steps to download and other details here | Mint

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit cards for supplementary exam 2024. Candidates can download the supplementary exam hall ticket from the official website of CBSE, cbse.gov.in.

The board will conduct class 10th and 12th supplementary exams in July in a single shift from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

The compartment exams for class 10 and class 12 will begin from July 15. The compartment exams for class 10 will end on July 22.

Follow the steps given below to download the admit card.

Step 1: Visit the official website of CBSE, cbse.gov.in.

Step 2: On the home page, click on the “Pariksha Sangam” link.

Step 3: This will open a new page where candidates have to click on the ‘Continue’ link.

Step 4: Select ‘School’ and then select ‘Examination Activities’.

Step 5: Click on the link ‘CBSE Compartment Admit Card 2024’.

Step 6: Provide the login details and click ‘Submit’, after which the admit card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 7: Check the details on the admit card and download.

Step 8: Take the printout and keep the hard copy for future reference.

Students will be given fifteen minutes of reading time before the three-hour exam begins. The board declared the results for class 10 and 12 on the same day on May 13. This year, the pass percentage of class 10 stood at 93.06%, while the pass percentage of class 12 stood at 87.98%.

A total of 22,51,812 students had registered for the Class 10 board exams this year, out of which 22,38,827 students appeared in the exam while 2,095,467 students passed.

16,33,730 students registered for the Class 12 board exams and 1,621,224 candidates appeared while 1,426,420 candidates successfully passed the exam. This year in Class 12 exams, girls outperformed boys by securing a pass percentage of 91.52% while boys secured a pass percentage of 85.12%.
