The window to raise objections against the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 answer key will close today. All candidates can raise objections against the CUET UG 2024 answer key on the official website, the link for which is – exam.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.

The testing agency has released the question paper, answers of the examinees and the answer key.

Candidates can challenge the provisional answer key till 5 pm, for which they will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per question. The NTA will review the objections and if they are found valid, will release the final answer key.

How to File Objection Against CUET 2024 Answer Key

1. Go to exam.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.
2. Log in using your application number and password or your application number and date of birth. Enter the security pin displayed and click on the Login button.
3. Click on the ‘View/Challenge Answer Key’ button.
4. The options listed against the question ID under the ‘Correct Option’ column indicate the most appropriate answer key prescribed by NTA.
5. If you want to challenge any of these options, select one or more options from the next five columns by clicking on the checkbox.
6. To upload supporting documents, click on ‘Choose File’ and upload your documents (make sure all documents are in a single PDF file).
7. After selecting your desired Option ID for the challenge, scroll down and click on ‘Submit and Review Claim’ to proceed. Make sure you have selected all the required options before proceeding.
8. You will see a display of all the question IDs and options that you have challenged. You can still modify your selection by clicking on ‘Modify Claim’. Once you have finalised your selection, click on ‘Save Claim and Pay Fee’.
9. Click on ‘Save Claim and Pay Fee’ to choose the payment option. No modifications will be made after payment.

Comment:

A panel of subject experts will verify the challenges made by the candidates. If the challenge of a candidate is found to be correct, the answer key will be revised and applied to the response of all candidates accordingly. The result will be prepared and declared on the basis of the revised final answer key. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/rejection of his/her challenge.

The NTA is resolving public grievances received regarding the CUET (UG) – 2024 exam till June 30, 2024. If any complaint is found to be genuine, the NTA will re-conduct the exam for these candidates between July 15 and July 19, 2024 at selected centers. Admit cards will be issued to the candidates. All such candidates will appear for the exam in CBT (Computer-Based Test) mode only.

The entrance exam for admission to undergraduate courses in central and other participating universities was held on May 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24 and 29 at 379 venues. This year for the first time, the NTA conducted the exam in a hybrid format.
