Chandigarh Police Constable Exam Pattern is as follows:-
► The written test will be of multiple choice objective type.
► There will be composite paper of 100 marks,
► time period will be 01:45 hours (105 minutes).
► Each question will carry 01 mark for the correct answer and negative marking of 0.25 marks for the wrong answer.

GK & Current Affairs , History, Geography & Sociology UT Chandigarh and Economic Development of India. Knowledge of current events of national and international importance and such things of every day observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person who has not made a special study of any scientific subject. The paper will also include questions on Current Events, Sports, Entertainment, Modern History of India, Indian Culture, Indian Polity and Economy, Geography of India.
numerical ability , The test of Arithmetical and Numerical abilities will cover Number System including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ratio and Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit and Loss, Discount, Simple and Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time and Work, Time . and Distance, Tables and Graphs etc.

Questions will be asked from Similarities, Similarities and Differences, Problem Solving, Relationships, Arithmetical Computation and other analytical functions, Venn Diagrams, Relationship concepts and ability to see and differentiate patterns etc.
