About CPCL Executive Age Limit

Upper age limit is 26 years and age relaxation (as applicable) 01.07.2022) is given below: 10 except post code CPCL

About CPCL Executive Selection Process;

Selection will be made through Online Test (to be held at Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Cochin, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore only) and Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates for assessment of various aspects of Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Attitudes. , qualification, etc.

The online test will be for 120 marks of two parts, General Aptitude (Verbal Ability, GK, Reasoning/ Logical Deduction and Numerical Ability) consisting of 50 questions and related discipline knowledge with 70 questions. Marks will be deducted for wrong answer per question. The questions will be objective type multiple choice questions with a total time duration of 2 hours. For Officer (Marketing), the discipline knowledge will be based on the required education qualification. Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil.

Final selection will be based on 85% marks in written test and 15% marks in interview.

Candidate must have secured minimum 40% marks in written test and interview separately (35% for SC/ ST/ PWBD)

For Post Code CPCL 10:

The selection will be done through personal interview to be held at Chennai. Candidates will be short-listed for personal interview on the basis of their qualification, experience and overall suitability.

About CPCL Executive Pay Scale;

Candidates will be appointed in IDA Pay Scale 50,000-1,80,000 on a basic pay of50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) in Grade ‘A’ in Supervisory Cadre, subject to medical fitness.

About CPCL Executive Application Fee;

I. Non-refundable registration fee of 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) as application fee (non-refundable) for General, EWS and OBC candidates through online mode through debit/credit card or net-banking is required to be paid. Only. Bank charges as applicable will have to be borne by the candidates. No other medium/mode of application will be accepted. CPCL will not be responsible for non-receipt/bounce back of any email sent to the candidate.
ii. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Therefore candidates are requested to verify their eligibility before paying the application fee.
iii. SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-SSM/Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

How to Apply for Executive;

i) Candidate has to select the post in the drop down “Apply for the post” and provide basic personal information during the new user signup process. Candidate will also have to verify his/her mobile number through OTP process. The candidate has to enter his/her E-mail ID twice to confirm that the candidate is entering the correct E-mail ID.
ii) After providing the mandatory field details, the candidate has to click on the “Submit” button in the ‘New User Sign Up’ form.
iii) On successful submission, User ID and Password will be generated and displayed to the user on the screen, User ID along with password will be sent to the candidate’s e-mail ID and mobile number. Candidate should enter their User ID and Password in the login page and click on login button to complete the login process. On the first successful login, the candidate has to change his/her password.
iv) After that, an instruction page will appear. After reading the instructions thoroughly, the candidate has to make the “Declaration” by selecting the checkbox shown in the screen. Then click the “Continue” button to proceed.
v) Now, the application form for the selected post will appear on the screen.
