  1. Candidates visit the official website of Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department.
  2. Open the notification for the respective post displayed on the screen.
  3. Now find the option “HP MTS Counselling”.
  4. Get details and download counseling notice.

selection criteria HP School Education Department Multi Task Worker:

  1. The selection committee will judge the suitability of the candidates- purely on the basis of merit. The Chairman/Member Secretary of the committee will keep complete record of the selection process. The selection committee will be as follows. i) Executive Engineer (SE) Chairman of the Division concerned ii) Assistant Engineer (AE) of the Division. Concerned Member) Superintendent, Gr. II 0/o EE Member Secretary
  2. The selection will be purely specific to a particular Sub-Division/Division/Division only.
  3. In the selection process, candidates will be given marks out of 10 marks.

The distribution of marks will be as follows:-

I. academic marks
(For calculation of percentage of marks obtained in middle class out of 5 marks, for example, a candidate securing 50% marks in middle class examination will be given 2.5 marks (50 x 0.050.-2.5))

2. Belonging to SC/ST/OBC family on production/submission of prescribed certificate by Govt. of Himachal Pradesh from time to time 1 point
3. Belonging to BPL family / EWS family on production / production of certificate prescribed in this notification or notified by Govt. of Himachal Pradesh from time to time 2 points
4. Physical Test –
(The Engineer-in-Chief, HPPWD will prescribe the test to check the physical ability of the applicant to perform the assigned task of Multi Task Worker.)

Based on the above process the shortlisted candidate will be selected on the basis of medical fitness by the Medical Board of the Govt. HP Medical Institute.

Result Declaration:

On the basis of all relevant certificates, a merit list will be prepared and candidates will be offered appointment as per merit subject to verification of all information and certificates against original.

waiting list: –

For each selected candidate, there will be a waiting list of two candidates. prepared on the basis of merit. The waiting list will be valid for one year after the selection process is over. In case the selected candidate does not join the duty then the waiting list candidates may be appointed. He leaves the job within the stipulated time period or within one year of the appointment.
