a.800m run to be completed in 4 minutes (one chance only).

b. Long Jump 2.75m (3 chances).

C. High Jump 0.90m (3 chances).

for female candidates

a.400m run to be completed in 2 minutes (one chance only).

b. Long Jump 1.80m (3 chances).

C. High jump 0.75m (3 chances).

For ex-servicemen male candidates (35 years and above)

800m Walk and Run to be completed in 6 Minutes (One Chance Only)
