Punjab Police Recruitment Board will conduct written examination for the posts of written based test From -/-/2022 to -/-/2022.

  • The exam will be conducted objective type.

  • The total number of questions in each paper will be 100 questions.
  • The maximum marks for each paper will be 400 marks.
  • every question will 4 marks each.

For District Police and Armed Police Cadre:

minimum height for men

5 feet 7 inches

Minimum height for women

5 feet 2 inches

Candidate

Program in Physical Screening Test

For Male Candidates (Except Ex-Servicemen)

a. A race of 1600 meters is to be completed in 7 minutes (one chance only).

b. Long Jump 3.65m (3 chances).

C. High Jump 1.10m (3 chances).

for female candidates

a.800m run to be completed in 5 minutes (one chance only).

b. Long jump 3 meters (3 chances).

C. High Jump 0.90m (3 chances).

For ex-servicemen male candidates whose age is up to 35 years and whose age is 35 years

1400m Walk and Run is to be completed in 9 minutes (one chance only).

10 si t-up in under 2 minutes

For ex-servicemen male candidates above 35 years of age

1400m WALK & RUN to be completed in 12 Minutes (One Chance Only).

10 sit ups in under 3 minutes.

For Intelligence and Investigation Cadre:

minimum height for men

5 feet 5 inches

Minimum height for women

5 feet 1 inch

a.800m run to be completed in 4 minutes (one chance only).

b. Long jump 9 feet (3 chances).

C. High jump 3 feet (3 chances).

for female candidates

a.400m run to be completed in 2 minutes (one chance only).

b. Long jump 6 feet (3 chances).

C. High jump 02.5 feet (3 chances).

For ex-servicemen male candidates (35 years and above)

800m Walk and Run to be completed in 6 Minutes (One Chance Only)
