RBI Grade B Selection Process 2023
Once you are familiar with the RBI Grade B selection process, you can start preparing accordingly. Have a look at the selection process mentioned below.
- Phase-I or Preliminary: It is an online objective type test with four sections: General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability. Each section carries equal weight, and the total duration is 2 hours.
- Phase II or Main Examination: It is also an online test, divided into three papers: Economic and Social Issues, English (Writing Skills), and Finance and Management/Economics/Statistics. The duration of each paper varies, and both the ESI and FM papers have 50% descriptive section.
- Interview: Candidates who qualify in Phase 2 are shortlisted for Interview, which carries a weightage of 75 marks. Final selection is based on total marks of stage 2 and interview.
