Anisha Srivastava is a resident of Hyderabad. She is an alumnus of NASR School. She hails from RK Puram, Hyderabad. He secured AIR 66 in UPSC CSE 2020 and scored a total of 992 marks. Anisha was a good student since childhood. He completed his graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi. He started his preparation for UPSC CSE in 2018. When asked about his preparation in an interview, he said, “After completing my graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in Delhi, I worked for some time before taking out time for preparation. UPSC CSE However, in my first attempt, which was in 2019, I felt that I was very little prepared for it.”

Practice! there is no alternative:

Anisha says that during her second attempt she practiced a lot of question papers and prepared by solving questions. She said, “When I was preparing for the second attempt I made sure that I got a lot of practice work. Whenever I finish a part of the syllabus, I will attempt questions based on that part. This helps in quick assessment. Will get it.”

Solving Previous Papers:

IAS Anisha Srivastava says that if you want to get a good rank then it is necessary. Anisha is of the view that the previous papers give an idea to the candidates about the syllabus, subjects and many other aspects of the exam. Many a times it has been observed that UPSC questions are repeated in different formats. Thus if a candidate wants to be successful in UPSC CSE then solving papers is essential.

Time Your Efforts:

One of the key tips shared by IAS Anisha is that aspirants need to give time to their efforts. Since the syllabus is wide and students have less time to complete it, it is necessary not to waste much time on each topic per subject. She says, “If you are good at a subject then you need not waste time in taking coaching. But when in doubt, coaching helps.”
